Shipping Policy

We deliver our products across India with trusted courier partners. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery address. Tracking information will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.

Return Policy

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Perishable goods like dry fruits cannot be returned once opened or consumed.

Refund Policy

Once a returned item is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
